Colocar campo no formulário modêlo

Como faço para colocar um campo do tipo "SIM ou NÃO", mas incluí-lo num setor já terminado no seu formulário modelo?

Now, let me help you with your question. To my understanding, you are trying to add a yes and no question but you will be adding it on a submitted form already, is that correct? If yes then you can add a radio button field using the add button in the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to do it:

• In Jotform Tables, click the +Add Button.

• Go to the Basic Tab and choose Single Selection then click Next.

• Enter a Column Name and click Next.

• Enter your options manually and click Create Column.

On the other hand, if you want to add a Yes and No Question in your form then you can add the Single Choice Element. Take a look at the screenshot below:
