Hi cerimonialcmcg2023,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, it is not possible to map a widget to the original PDF document. To allow submitters to add additional options to your dropdown, you can add an "Other" option to the dropdown element. Afterward, create a Short Text element and set a condition based on their selection. If the submitter chooses the "Other" option, the Short Text field will appear and they can then add their own options. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, on the left side of the page, click on the Add Form element menu.
- Under the Basic tab, add a Short Text field to your form.
- In Form Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Go to the Conditions tab.
- Select Show/Hide field conditional logic.
- Set the conditions as you see below:
IF: 1. Forma de tratamento
STATE: Is equal to
VALUE: Other
DO: Show
FIELD: other (short text field)
If that's not exactly what you're looking for, can you provide more details about what you want to achieve so that we can understand better and help you find a solution?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
