Eu criei um formulário sobre uma viagem, tenho o link do formulário, consigo abrir e responder através desse link, porém ele não aparece no meu aplicativo, eu preciso editar o formulário para enviar ao pessoal, oque será que houve que não consigo acessar???
Consegui responder o formulário, recebi no email a resposta, porém no APP não abre e além de não abrir, ainda diz que não tenho formulários

As to your current concern, I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/232435478884065 and I found that there were no other element in the form except the submit button.
Is this the form that have the issue? If its not, can you please share to us the URL link to your form. In case this is the correct form, you need to add more element to it to be useful. Please check also our user guide : How to Create Your First Web Form

Thank you for the quick updates. I checked the form https://www.jotform.com/form/232264173128654 you mentioned and I found it belongs to your other account with username mar25011981. The form is available.
If I understand correctly the issue, you're not able to access the form in your Mobile Forms app. It was because you must have been using the wrong account. If you want to access the form https://www.jotform.com/form/232264173128654 using your Mobile Forms app, you need to be logged in using your other account/username mar25011981.

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, do you mean the form does not let you submit the form? or are you getting any error message when you open the form, making it impossible to fill out? I checked your form and it looks fine on my end. Can you send a screenshot so we can check what's happening? We have a guide about that here.
