Good afternoon, I would like to cancel a purchase I made on the website, I thought the purchase was in Real (I'm from Brazil), but in fact it was in Dollars, and it is a very high value for me currently.
I want to request a reversal of the amount, as I will not currently be using the service. I'm waiting for a placement.
