Erro na exclusão de respostas

Não estamos conseguindo excluir respostas no formulário em vários formulários(todos).
Enviamos para a lixeira, mas volta em seguida.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having trouble with this. Can you try to permanently delete the submissions in the Trash? Let me show you how:

• In your Trash Entries section, click on Select All, then Delete Forever.

Once the submissions are permanently deleted, it should not show in your submissions table. You can follow this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data. I've also cleared your form caches to refresh the data.
