We don't have access to the login email

    Bom dia,
    O email de minha conta era nome_antigo.investimentos@dominioantigo.com, porém fizemos um rebranding e, com isso, uma migração de domínio e hospedagem, sendo agora o novo endereço nome_novo.investimentos@dominionovo.com.br. Ou seja, @dominioantigo.com mudou para @dominionovo.com.br. E a primeira parte do endereço mudou de nome_antigo para nome_novo.

    Tentei acessar minha conta jotforms pelo endereço antigo, liffeinvestimentos@liffepartners.com pois não solicitei a troca de email de login. Mas não consigo acessar mais. O que posso fazer para ter acesso a minha conta? Se redefinir a conta chegará email no endereço antigo, que não tenho acesso.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The only way to access the password reset emails for your Jotform account is to ask your IT to recreate that email address. Or you can request the transfer of forms, but this would also require you to use the account that owns the forms. Another option is to clone the existing form to the new account. This guide will show you how to clone an existing form.
