Como preencher o formulário offline sem o app Jotform?

Gostaria de saber como disponibilizar para um usuário o meu formulário de forma offline (quando o usuário está em um local que não há internet).

You can only collect data offline using the mobile app Jotform Mobile Forms. You can view and fill out your forms or assigned forms without an internet connection. Offline submissions are saved to your device and will sync when you connect online. So you would be able to collect responses offline.
