Não consigo anexar arquivos ao editar formulario

Bom dia. Ao editar o envio do formulário https://form.jotform.com/232113966211650 não consigo anexar nenhum arquivo, o erro diz que o tamanho máximo do arquivo é de 0,1Kb, conforme imagem abaixo:

Now, let me help you with your question. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested but I was not able to replicate the issue. I am able to successfully upload a file larger than 1KB and then submit the form. Check out the screencast of my results: Could you please try to disable the limit for size on the form and see how it goes? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the upload field.2. Click on the little Gear Icon.3. Under the Options Tab, turn the toggle off for Limit File Size. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
