Segurança dos Documentos Anexados

Olá! Conheci o Jotform e adorei, mas gostaria de confirmar algumas informações antes de utilizá-lo:

1. Essa é uma ferramenta segura e confiável para coletar e armazenar dados?
2. De quem é a responsabilidade pelos dados recebidos nos formulários e os documentos anexados?

Sou contadora e tenho a pretensão de utilizá-lo nos meus serviços para coletar informações e documentos de clientes, entretanto, gostaria de confirmar se o Jotform tem suporte para isso, visto que são informações sensíveis.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that our forms and data are secure by default, all information is automatically encrypted when transferred. As an account owner, only you have access to your forms and submissions. All your forms are served across the protected 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. This is the same level of protection used by online banking or e-commerce providers.

If you are collecting sensitive data, I'd recommend using our Encrypted Forms feature. It gives you the ability to encrypt form data before it is even submitted to Jotform and you have the only private key. So, Jotform never has access to the data.
