Boa Tarde!

Estamos com dificuldades para fazer download do formulário e anexos.

Conforme imagem, ao clicar em "baixar" e após clicar em "pdf original" o arquivo não faz download.

Já realizamos a limpeza do cache porém não solucionou este problema.

Conseguem nos ajudar?
