nao consigo baixar arquivo que foram upload no form

nao estou conseguindo fazer o download dos arquivos a enviados no forms , e não é a primeira que isso acontece

Are you trying to download the uploaded files on your form from the notification email you received? Are you getting error 404 when you try to download? If yes, it has something to do with the security settings of your account. You'll get that error when download/view the uploaded files and you are not logged in to your account. So make sure you are login to your account. If you want to download/view without login needed, you can change this settings in your account.

1. Click on your avatar
2. Select Security
3. Uncheck Require login to view uploaded files
