Acesso aos documentos anexados

    Bom dia!

    Quando recebemos o e-mail do Jotform com um formulário preenchido, o link que remete aos arquivos apresenta erro.

    É fato de que há arquivos anexados porque no pipedrive (fizemos integração) eles anexam normalmente, mas gostaríamos de poder acessá-los diretamente do e-mail.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. I understand that when you received a Notification email when the respondent completed your form, the link to the files attached to the submission led to an error 404 in your browser so the files are unreachable. But, at the same time, files are attached to your Pipedrive pipeline.

    Normally, apart from the Notification email, you can access the files uploaded to your form by the respondent in your form's submission table. Let me show you how to access the upload files from the submission table:

    • From the My Forms window, select the form and click on the Submissions button with the Table Icon at the top of the form list.Acesso aos documentos anexados Image 1 Screenshot 40

    This leads you to the Submission table where you can see and download the attached files when you click on the cell where the files are displayed, as shown below. Acesso aos documentos anexados Image 2 Screenshot 51

    Also, even if this is not related to the actual issue, kindly note that I can see that the recipient address email of the autoresponder of one of your form ID 232225591624050 is missing, as shown below. You just might want to fill it out or delete this autoresponder email feature.
