    Now, let me help you with your issue. Could you send us a screenshot of any error messages you encounter when you try Upgrade your Account? You could try Logging into your Account using a different Web Browser or your Web Browser's Incognito Mode. You could also try using other Cards or PayPal to purchase your subscription.
