Dúvidas quanto a utilização do aplicativo

Trabalho em uma empresa de pesquisas de campo e estamos buscando uma plataforma que nos forneça a possibilidade de realizar o envio das repostas das pessoas entrevistadas por meio de formulários, e que tenha possibilidade também de registrar as resposta mesmo offline, para posterior envio quando tiver contato com alguma rede Wi-fi.

Dessa forma, tenho duas dúvidas:

1- Minha equipe é composta por 65 pesquisadores de campo, eu necessitaria cadastrar todos como usuários no app ou apenas enviar o link de resposta para eles em campo? (E nesse caso, mesmo que enviando o link, teria a função de preenchimento offline)

2- Na contratação do pacote há a limitação de "Envios mensais", isso seria a quantidade máxima de respostas que o formulário poderia receber no mês ou esse valor é por usuário?

Now, let me help you with your question. I would just like to get more information for your first question, are you going to send the form to the 65 researchers only for them to fill out the form or do you want them to be able to edit the form as well? If you only want the researchers to fill out the form, they are not required to have an account in Jotform in order to fill out the form. When creating a form you would just set the Privacy settings to Public to prevent them from needing an account.

For your second question, the monthly submission is the limit for the owner of the form which they can only receive for the month. If the monthly submission has been reached, your forms will be disabled and your account will be set to OVERLIMIT. Here is more information on Understanding your account usage and limits.
