Quais são os limites em MB para upload de arquivos?

    Tenho dois formulários para meus clientes enviarem arquivos de imagens para serem trabalhados por nós.

    Um dos formulários é integrado com minha conta DROPBOX e outro com minha conta Google Drive.

    No DROPBOX o limite de tamanho para envio é de 100MB por arquivo? No Google Drive apenas 10MB? É isso?

    Existe alguma maneira de aumentar esses limites? Se for este o limite é provável que eu tenha que buscar outra solução de arquivos, pois não está compensando o custo de manter o Jotform com esta limitação. A maioria dos arquivos dos meus clientes é maior que 100MB e estou ficando bastante limitado a usar apenas nossa conta no Wetransfer para esta função de recebimento de arquivos.

    Aguardo orientação de vcs sobre a possibilidade de uso do Jotform para receber arquivos maiores que 100MB pelo Google Drive.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you are referring to the limit for sending files to Google Drive. Please note, currently we accept files up to 1GB on our forms. This means that you can send files up to 1GB in the Google Drive integration. If you are unable to receive files larger than 100 MB then please check if you have sufficient space in your Google Account.

    I try a couple os times to send files throught my Google Drive account integration but didn't work. I have a 2TB google drive account, thats has more than 1.5TB of free space in that account. Please, look at these print screens. The first one is quite specific saying it was a upload error due to a limitation of a 10MB file size.

    The other two print screens shows that it was able to, apparently, upload the file but fail at the final stage.

    Hi Marcelo,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the maximum individual file size allowed in the File Upload field of Jotform is 1GB (1048576 KB) and the maximum recommended number of file uploads is 25 per entry. If you want to accept uploads of more than 1GB, you may want to consider using our UploadCare widget instead. It allows your form fillers to upload files easily from many sources including their devices, social media, and cloud storage. It can also handle any file size up to 5 TB. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the UploadCare widget.
    3. Click on it or drag and drop it to your form.

    Hi Angeli

    You didn't understand. I'm not trying to send files bigger than 1GB. 

    What I saynig is that I am not been able to send files bigger than 10MB through a jotform integrated to my Google Drive that has more than 1.5TB of free space. 

    On the other hand you says "the maximum individual file size allowed in the File Upload field of Jotform is 1GB". But, even my other upload form integrated with a Dropbox account, the maximum file size is limited to 100MB. 

    What should I do in order to config this integration to accept files up to 1GB/per file individualy?

    Hi Marcelo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The screenshot you shared in your previous question shows an error from the upload field and not the Google Drive. Could you please confirm if you are referring to the same error?

    It would help us understand better if you could screen-record the issue upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us so we can access it. Please ensure to mark the link as public.

    Hi Harshad. 

    Yes, you got it right. The problem seams to occour within the upload field and not the Google Drive nor Dropbox. And I can't find where to config in jotform the upload button to accept files bigger than 100MB up to 1GB/per file.

    But, I bilieve I found the root problem... there is this buton to limit the upload of files of certain sizes. eg.: smaller than xxKB or bigger than xxKB

    I had set just the smaller part of the rule to set the limit sizes (smaller and bigger limits file sizes) . 

    I mean, my config was to limit files smaller than 300kb, but did nothing about bigger files - I left the field empty. 

    Then I set the limit to the maximum size at 1.000.000 kb and it start to work. That means, if you set the limits, you must have to set from the both sides of the equation - the minimum and the maximum file size to be uploaded.
