ERRO NA INSCRIÇÃO DO FORMULÁRIO PARA E-MAIL

O jotform está apresentando alguns erros onde não envia os formulários para a respectiva caixa de email, já entramos na caixa de envio e excluímos alguns mas ainda acontece que os formulários não entram nas caixas de email, poderia nos ajudar?
