Few questions on the starter plan.

Quero utilizar o formulário para realizar um processo seletivo.

A ideia é um único formulário para uma única vaga. Creio que cerca de 250 pessoas devem preencher o formulário. O upload de arquivo no formulário não deve superar 500 megas.

Minha dúvida é: a versão free atende minha necessidade?

Now, let me help you with your question. Please note that on the starter, basic plan, you can only create 5 forms and get 100 monthly submissions with 100 MB of total space. You do get 500 total submissions in storage. So, the starter plan is not suitable for your requirements. Here is the link to the plans and pricing of Jotform. You can compare the various plans and all the available features. The maximum individual file size allowed in Jotform is 1 GB.
