Calculate the average and show the result as text

Olá

Estou a tentar fazer um questionário de avaliação. Preciso que os itens (frases) possam ser cotados com "Insuficiente, Suficiente, Bom e Muito Bom". Mas depois preciso de fazer uma média (Insuficiente = 1; Suficiente = 2, etc).

Tentei uma tabela em que nas colunas coloco de 1 a 4 e aí, a plataforma permite fazer a média. Mas precisava das palavras em vez dos números e se fizer isso, depois não consigo passar o qualitativo para quantitativo.

Não é possível?
