Link do formulário não abre

Meu formulário parou de funcionar, quando alguém abre o link pra responder aparece opção de pagamento. Ainda tem espaço porque apaguei toda a lixeira.

• Go to the Publish tab.
• Select Quick Share from the left panel.
• Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.
