    Temos um problema constante de erro 403 ou outros tipos de erro que aparecem ao longo do preenchimento do seguinte formulário (https://form.jotform.com/230744063585660)


    Para resolver este problema eu estou fazendo um formulário único, separado em várias páginas. Porém estou com um grande problema na criação dele. A partir da página 16 ele começou a apresentar erro e solicitar para atualizar a página, mas ao fazer isso ele constantemente duplica uma série de perguntas aleatórias e erradas, deixando meu formulário enorme. E o erro é constante ao tentar apagar as páginas novamente.

    I have tested your form, and I am unable to recreate this issue from my end. I am able to edit and view the form. As such, I have cleared your form cache as precaution. Could you try to access it again and/or from different devices to see if you can recreate the issue again?

    If the issue still persists, please share with us the screenshot of your console log. Retrieving your console log is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Right-click on the page.
    2. Select Inspect from the menu to open DevTools.
    3. In DevTools, go to Console.

    HI, it doesn't work like you said. I continued to have the same problem, and my jotform is not responding to my actions.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and I was not able to encounter any issues. Can you try to clear your browser's cache and see if it resolves the issue? If you run into the same problem again, please try to use a different browser to see if the browser you are currently using is the problem.

    Hi Ryan, i still have the same problem. I tried on different browsers but it also doesn't work. I am having a lot of trouble with jotform, because the only reason I had to make a different form with a lot of pages was because the conection between pages used in the firts form was also not working.

    I need help with this, plis!

    If you resolve the problem on this form (https://form.jotform.com/230744063585660), trying to answer the questionarie with 4 bedrooms and 4 bethrooms, I don't need to solve the other one.

    Can you check this for me ?


    PS: sorry for my English, I am improoving my self on this language and I choose not to use a translation to learn more kkk.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Can you share with us a screen recording of when you encountered the issue so that we can try and replicate it on our end? Unfortunately, we cannot receive a file in our Support Forum. You can instead upload it to your Dropbox, Google Drive, or iCloud and share with us the URL of that file. Please note that you need to set it to Public so that we can view it right away. You might also want to try to use Loom to record your screen and share the link with us.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
