    Bom dia,

    Estou com um problema no recebimentos das informações no e-mail, alguns estão chegando e outros não, e eu não sei porque?


    Isso está atrapalhando o fluxo do processo dentro da empresa. Poderiam me ajudar?

    Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. I cloned one of your forms to see if I could replicate the problem and I ran into the same thing. However, after I disabled the conditional logic associated with emails, I was able to receive the correct email.

    Can you try recreating the Conditional Logic for your form by deleting them and then adding them back? Most of the time, it solves the problem.

    Eu inclui mais uma lógico para e-mail, para as duas opções que estavam sem lógica condicional (cadastro e atualização de cadastro) e funcionou.

    Caso volte a dar problema, vou seguir sua recomendação.
