Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can duplicate an existing form from your My Forms page. Let me show you how:

1. Go to My Forms and select the master form that you have set up.

2. Click on More on the right and choose Clone from the menu.

This will open Form Builder, where you can start working on your duplicate form. You can also clone an existing form using a form's URL. Here's how:

1. Copy the URL of the form that you'd like to clone.

2. Go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.

3. Next, select Import Form.

4. Now, select From a web page and paste the form’s address in the Enter URL field.

5. Finally, select Create Form at the bottom.

You will be redirected to the Form Builder afterward, where you can start working on your newly cloned form.
