Gostaria de esclarecimentos sobre?

1. É possivel alterar o favicon em algum plano? Ter meu próprio favicon?

2. Posso ter minha própria URL / domínio, exemplo: app.epura.com.br?

3. O plano bronze, ou qualquer plano, cobre apenas formulários ou serve para os demais produtos, como o Jotform App?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. Please remember that all features are available in all plans. If you want your own favicon or your domain in the URL you need to upgrade to our Enterprise Plan.  Unfortunately, only Enterprise members can change the Jotform Domain name. If you want to learn more about Jotform Enterprise, you can check that out here. But if you want to create a Custom URL for your form, I can show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the page.
2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
3. Click on the Pencil icon under the Settings button. 
4. Edit your form link, click on Apply, and that's it, you're done.

Now, your form link will look like the one below:

https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
