Minha integração com o Clickup não funciona

    Olá,

    Fiz a integração com o clickup, funcionou nos 4 primeiros envios depois ela parou.
    Removei a integração e refiz novamente, mas ela continua não enviando.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. Just to confirm, are you referring to this form? After checking, this form is successfully integrated with Click Up. I also cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to.     I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache in case it may help. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hi Myla, i did this video to explain.


    It's only working just when i add only the name filed and status field. When i add others fields they are not sending to clickup as a new task.

    I think it's working with default clickup fields but when I select some custom clickup field it's not going.

    I also already removed the integration and did everything from scratch again.

    Thanks for sharing a video of your concern. It helped us understand the issue. I tested the integration with one of my forms and the integration appears to be working. This might be happening if one of your fields is not mapped correctly. Can you try adding other fields one by one and see which one will cause breaking the integration? Also, can you share which fields you want to send to ClickUp and we can check if the mapping is correct?

    Hello Carrissa,

    I added all the fields one by one and none works, except when I send only the "name" field, required by Clickup .

    I'm trying to share text fields, single choice and phone.

    I mapped from short text in Jotform to text field in Clickup, single choice for dropdown menu and phone for text respectively.

    Hi evolversconsultoriasuporte,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and initially I was able to transfer the information to ClickUp, but then after various testes, also my integration stopped sending data. After researching a bit, it seems that the Free Click Up version allows only to receive data for 100 Custom Fields, then it is needed an upgrade to keep continuing using custom fields. May I ask what plan are you using on ClickUp? If you are having this issue with a different plan, let us know and we will further investigate.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    We are ussing the Free plan. You have received some notification somewere? i was blind about this limitation.
