    I would like to know if i can control the renewal date of my monthly subsmissions of responses to my forms?

    Hi Hagens_recrutamento,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you clarify the control date of your monthly submissions of responses to your form? Are you referring to the submission limit on your form? If so, you can easily disable your form status when it hits a specific limit in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    2. On Form Settings, go to Form Status and select Disable at Submission Limit.

When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset or upgrade your account to our Jotform subscription.
