Sign Document : How to edit the email ID of already sent sign document?

    Bom dia, ontem fiz um termo de confidencialidade e enviei como teste para os envolvidos nas assinaturas, 02 pessoas já assinou, mas ficou faltando mais 02 assinaturas, pois as pessoas irão assinar hoje. Porém hoje fui abrir o site e não tem nenhum formulário salvo. O que pode ter ocorrido, uso a plataforma gratuita isso tem algo a ver.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. This is not something to do with the free account. As I can check, there are multiple sign documents present in your account. Can you please let us know the name of your sign document on which you are having issue with, so I can check it out?

    I checked your Documentos de contratação Auxiliar de loja Sign Document and found it is in the progress last user is yet to sign the document.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Consegui localizar os documentos agora.
    Mas neste ultimo eu coloquei o email errado, posso consertar?

    Thanks for getting back to us. I believe currently it is not possible to edit the submission which you already sent. Please allow me sometime to look into it to see if it is possible or not. I will get back to you as soon as possible with my response to your request.

    Hi RhGrupoOpcao,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. At a moment, it is not possible to edit the email ID if the document is already sent for signature.

    In your case, it is only possible to cancel the sign document and resent it again to the correct email ID. It is really easy to do that. Let me show you how : 

    • Click on the Downward arrow next to the Jotform Logo and select Tables option.
    • Hover over your mouse on submission and click on View Button.
    • Click on Three Vertical dot present beside Print option.
    • Select Cancel Document option, add the reason and click on Cancel Document Button.

    As the feature you're looking isn't available, at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
