Now, let me help you with your question. You can access our free templates on this page. When you select a template, you can click on the Use Template on the upper right side of the screen to get a copy of the template as shown in the screenshot.

Once you have your own form, you can share it via the form URL which can be found under the Publish tab on the Form Builder page as shown in the screenshot.
