Olá, estou baixando meus pdf de formulários, porém algumas partes ficam em inglês, sendo que na visualização está português, e no arquivo baixado em inglês.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to this form? I tested the form through a clone and the PDF is on the Portuguese language.
I also tried downloading one of your PDF and the PDF is in Portuguese. If the issue still persist, can I ask for the affected Submission ID so we can further check? Also, it seems you have multiple PDF on this form, can we ask for the specific PDF you experienced this issue with?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

O que inglês é a data (Thursday, august) e os títulos das colunas (Description, Quantity, Unit price, Amount).
mesmo eu alterando o idioma nas configurações, na hora de gerar o arquivo pdf, essas palavras sempre e estão saindo em inglês, e antes isso não acontecia. -

Hi Felipe,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. You can easily change your language in the date field in the PDF in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.
- In Tables, click on the submission Check Box found on the left side of the screen.
- In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the Three Vertical Dots.
- Hover your mouse over the Download menu.
- Click on Customize PDF.
To change the language of the date field from English to Portuguese.
- On the Date Field, click on the Gear Icon.
- In Date Format, go to Language and select Portuguese.

já tentei realizar esse procedimento, na tela do computador ele fica em português, mais quando realizo o download do pdf, ele fez em inglês.

I also tried updating the language on the PDF Editor and the downloaded PDF is reflecting the translated text:
Please send us a console report and screencast while you're having the issue. This would make us understand things better. We have a guide about Getting a Console Report from Most Common Browsers that you can check out.
Once we hear back from you we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now to change the Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Amount to manually change the language in the payment field when you download it in the PDF. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Agora como eu consigo traduzir os títulos da tabela?
Na tela do computador fica em português, mais quando eu faço o download do PDF ele fica em inglês no arquivo.

A alguns dias atrás estava tudo normal a tradução.
Esse problema começou por agora.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we received an update that it is not possible to translate the payment fields. This option has been escalated as a feature request to our developers however we won't be able to provide an ETA. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
