    Estamos recebendo alguns formulários e ao salvar em PDF, estão salvado com erro, ou em branco, ou com as letras embaralhadas.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I tested the form through a clone but could not replicate the issue.

    I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please try switching to a different browser or a different device? If the issue still persist, can I ask for your permission to download the PDF on your form? You can also consider cloning the working form here and edit it to your preference.
