Quero realizar o pagamento e não consigo

    Varios formularios preenchidos estão vindo com erro no armasenamento das fotos. O campo de imagem esta como obrigatorio no entanto o cliente preenche e não anexa a foto e ele passa. Já está assim já faz um tempo. Isso não tem atendido nossa demanda.

    Não estou conseguindo fazer o pagamento do plano mensal.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I see that you are under the Starter plan. Your account is also in overlimit status for reaching the upload space limit. The limit for Starter accounts is 100 MB and you have used up 204.40 MB.

    Please note that your last payment on your subscription was on July 10th, 2023 and it expired on August 10th, 2023. To reactivate your account and forms, please make sure to re-upgrade your account to increase your limit again.

    Thanks for getting back to us. May I know what error are you getting when you attempt to re-upgrade? Are you using the same mode of payment? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
