De que forma uma resposta se torna "enviada"?

Boa noite!

Estou indicando o Jotform para aumentar o limite de envios mensal de forma gratuita. Percebi que o número de respostas aumenta em 10 a cada e-mail cadastrado, porém o número de envio fica estável (fica apenas 500). Tem alguma forma de aumentar esse limite também?

Outra dúvida: "envio" é quando eu faço o download de uma resposta ou quando alguém responde meu formulário já vai para a caixa de envio automaticamente? Pergunto para saber de que forma uma resposta se torna enviada e começa a descontar do limite mensal disponível.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked your account and I can see that your current submission limit is 500 submissions per month. It seems like you have reached the limit to invite someone to increase the free limit hence it is no increase when you invite someone to Jotform anymore. I am afraid to say that the limit of 500 submissions can not be increased. If you require more submissions you can upgrade to a higher plan.

About your other question, when someone responds to your form the submission automatically goes to your submission inbox. One form response is considered one submission.
