How to restrict the form access to company access only?

Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to restrict the access to only allow your company members with your company domain, you can set your form's privacy settings to Company Access. The respondents will have access to your form only if their Jotform account email has your company's domain. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Choose Company Access and add your company domain below.
