estou tentando acessar minha conta não consigo mesmo, indo em esqueci minha senha, e cadastrando uma nova aparece que digitei senha ou usuário errado.

Now, let me help you with your question. Let me show you How to forget your password: 

1. Go to the Login Page, and select the Forgot password at the bottom. 


2. Select the Username or Email Address.
3. Then, check the email address to reset the password. Also, check in Spam Folder.


4. Click the Reset Password.
5. Enter the New Password.
