Estou com uma pesquisa sendo realizada e vi que coloquei para login e senha o e-mail errado.....e agora não consigo mas entrar.....alguém pode me ajudar, pra que eu possa recuperar minha conta?

Pior que não posso perder essa pesquisa, pois ela está em andamento.
