Free up Upload Space Limit

    Mesmo após realizar todos os procedimentos para exclusão dos arquivos que realizei upload, o espaço ainda não foi liberado. Poderia verificar e me dar o feedback sobre o problema?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and recalculated your Space Limit and it is now back to normal. I have also cleared the form caches and you can now access them without having any issues.
