Overlimit: Reached Upload Spaces

    boa tarde! tudo bem??

    efetuei a limpeza dos arquivos, porém, continua ainda bloqueado para o recebimento dos formulários. a limpeza foi efetuada, inclusive, da lixeira.
    a seguinte mensagem continua aparecendo:

    Overlimit: Reached Upload Spaces Image 1 Screenshot 20

    o que posso fazer para que meu formulário volte a funcionar normalmente??

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and it seems that you're status is over the limit because of your upload spaces. For Free users, you only had 100MB for upload spaces and currently, you had 136.09 MB / 100.00 MB. Please note that deleting your submission or files will not reset or reduce the limit of your submission that was used. The total Monthly Submissions limit will reset every first day of the month. You can wait for the submission to reset or you can upgrade your account. If you would like we can recalculate the uploads counter.

    Olá Camila!

    Eu não possuo nenhum formulário respondido na minha conta. Eu excluo eles com frequência e, ainda, limpei a lixeira. Ou seja, o sistema está computando algo que não existe mais.

    Isso já aconteceu anteriormente e a equipe de suporte limpou o sistema internamente pois era algum tipo de erro.
    Agora, aparentemente, o erro está se repetindo. Por isso entrei em contato novamente solicitando ajuda com o erro.

    Now, let me help you with your question. As per checking your Form and Tables, I found that there's a respondent who sent you a Zip File with a file size of 136.1 MB, it is located in the form entitled "imagens renderizadas". I suggest deleting that submission and trying it again if your File Uploads will going to reset.

    Acabei de limpar a resposta a esse formulário citado e limpar o cachê em seguida, no entanto, o erro persiste.

    Poderia verificar para mim, por favor?

    Thanks for confirming that you have cleared the data from your account. I recalculated your upload space and was able to confirm that it's now within the limit. The account is now active and can be use again.
