Problema com encaminhamento de emails

    Olá, Boa tarde!

    Possuo um formulário no qual o encaminhamento de emails não tem funcionado corretamente e tenho recebido reclamações do formulário ficar fora do ar, ocorreu alguma instabilidade com a plataforma nos últimos dias? Isso tem afetado de forma extremamente prejudicial toda minha operação.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Just to confirm, are you referring to this form? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to see if this would correct any unnecessary errors in the form. Can you try making a test submission and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
