Quando clicamos em "confirme que é humano", a página começa a carregar e o relatório não é enviado.

Now, let me help you with your question. I've cloned and tested one of your forms and I couldn't replicate the issue. I noticed that in your screenshot there is a translation box opened, can you close it and try again? 

Also, I noticed that the URL in the screenshot is not about a form, the URL when accessing a form should be something like this:

https://form.jotform.com/232274792973367

Using the URL of the form you shouldn't have any issue completing the CAPTCHA and submitting the form. Can you let us know the URL of the form you're trying to access? You can find the URL in the Publish tab of the Form Builder.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
