Save and Continue Late: Asking to login to continue the form.

Antes não era necessária a autenticação, visto que uma pessoa inicia o preenchimento e outro usuário externo o finaliza.

Now, let me help you with your question. The saved form would ask to continue the form if the person who saved it has created an account for Jotform. Did the first person who filled out the form create an account to save it? If so, then the draft form can only be continued by logging in to the Jotform account. If they have only used their email to receive the draft link, the saved form can be continued using the draft link.

Can you check with the first filler if they have created an account to save the form? Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us. When saving a draft, the user has the option to skip the account creation as shown in the screenshot.

You can review the saved drafts under Incomplete Submission as shown in the screenshot.

As you have mentioned previously, it is not required to have a Jotform account to access the draft. Does the issue persist for all Incomplete submission on your form?

Yes, the issue is occurring with all incomplete submissions, even when using the option to save without creating an account on Jotform.
