Formulário desabilitado

    Boa tarde,


    Eu desenvolvi o formulário https://www.jotform.com/inbox/231575532959669, em uma outra conta, mas recebi um e-mail informando que o mesmo foi desabilitado pois atingiu o limite, eu havia apagado alguns formulários no dia 10/08/2023, como faço para recuperar?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form and it belongs to another account. You need to log in to the form account. I further checked it reached the Upload Space limit which is 100MB for the starter plan. You need to delete the submissions in your form submissions table, which you already have deleted.

    To free up the upload space please remove it from trash entries too. After you delete them permanently from the trash your upload space will reset.

    1. From the top left menu options go to Tables
    2. Click on 3 dots next to the table tab name
    3. Click on the Trash Entries section

    From the right side trash entries section select submissions and delete them permanently.

    Sim, foi feito por uma outra conta, eu não estou conseguindo acionar o suporte por meio dela, quando eu vou enviar a pergunta pede para inserir a senha e não aceita, por isso enviei por aqui.

    Parece que a conta esta toda bloqueada, eu não tenho acesso a essa página que você enviou, o formulário eu só consigo acessar por meio das aprovações no menu meus formulários lado esquerdo, E la não tem acesso a essa lixeira, teria outra forma de apagar os dados?

    O formulário está no usuário sartoricoin@sartoriservicos.com.br

    Hi Maria,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When your form limits are reached, your account's activity remains active, but your forms become disabled. If you can't access your account, we recommend resetting your password. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

    2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

    3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    Your new password is now set and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
