Não estamos conseguindo redefinir a senha

    Prezados, bom dia.

    Não estamos recebendo o e-mail de redefinição de senha no notasti@mag.com.br.

    Conseguem nos ajudar, por gentileza? Precisamos acessar a fatura com vencimento 01/07 que também não recebemos por e-mail.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can not find any account associated with the mail ID (notasti@mag.com.br) you shared with us. That is the reason you are not getting password reset email to your mail ID. Your account might be associated with some other mail ID. If you could provide us with the link of the form which is created on your account. We can help you to find out the account in which the form is present.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
