Getting a message saying we have no more space

    Prezados bom dia,


    Está sendo apresentado uma mensagem de que não temos mais espaço, fizemos o backup necessário, excluímos o que tínhamos e ainda não foi liberado espaço na plataforma, como podemos prosseguir?


    Ficamos no aguardo, desde já obrigada

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I have recalculated your account usage and also cleared your form cache. You should not be seeing the warning message anymore about exceeding your limits and you'll be able to access your forms now. Try to log out from your account, log back in, and check if you're still getting the warning message.
