Issue with not receiving the password request and what is a guest account

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment.     Now, let me help you with your question. When I tried to pull up your account, I could not pull up a registered Jotform account. However, I was able to pull up a Guest account. Guest accounts are created automatically when someone starts working on a form without creating an account first. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password sent to your email account on a Guest account. You can sign up for a free account here and register or create a Jotform account with your email address.
