I checked your email address and can confirm that several reset password links were successfully delivered. Have you looked in your inbox/spam for the password reset link? Also, please ensure that you are signed in to the correct email address associated with your Jotform account in order to receive it, as our emails are sent in real-time. Look at one of the reset email links that was sent to you below:
The password email link is almost certainly from noreply@jotform.com. If you are trying to reset your password but are not receiving the password reset link via email, it is possible that your email domain is filtering Jotform messages. To prevent Jotform emails from being filtered out, add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your mailbox's contact list. Here's how to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. Once completed, please try resetting your password by following the steps below:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
