AS pessoas estão preenchendo o formulário criado, mas ao imprimir não vem as paginas completas

Gostaria de saber, como faço que o formulário ao baixar em PDF, não deixe nenhum informação de fora. Quando baixo o formulário, vem todo desconfigurado. Como proceder?

• Go to the Publish tab.
• Select Quick Share from the left panel.
• Look for the Copy Link and click it, then paste it here in the support ticket.
