Pergunta com condicional

Olá!

Eu preciso criar alguns formulários de solicitação de orçamento, e dentro do formulário tem algumas perguntas que são eliminatórias. E caso a pessoa responda uma pergunta eliminatória, eu preciso redirecionar a pessoa para novas perguntas ou um página de obrigado. Ela não vai continuar no formulário, pois não tem necessidade de concluir. Como que eu faço para fazer essas configurações?
