Digo, não quero que ele anexe nenhuma imagem ou arquivo.

Now, let me help you with your question. What I understand is that you want the responder to take photos only and not be able to upload files from their drive. This is possible only with the Take Photo widget. I see you've already added this to your NOVO form.
