    Olá, em meus formulários tenho visto que por temas do sistema no momento de envio do formulário, há muitas respostas duplicadas. Gostaria de saber qual o procedimento para quando ocorrem esses erros sistemicos, uma vez que saio lesado considerando o limite de respostas contratado.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Duplicate submission happens usually when they haven't closed the browser after submission and when they refresh while on the Thank You page, it will resubmit their previous response.

    To prevent this from happening, we suggest redirecting the user to a different page upon submitting the form. You can redirect them to your website homepage instead of displaying the custom Thank You page. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Form Builder page, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on the Edit Thank You Page link.
    2. Then click on the Thank You page tab on the left.
    3. Tick the radio button to select the Redirect to an external link after submission.
    4. Enter the URL of your landing page.

    The guide provided above is for the Card layout. The Thank You page is located under the Settings tab at the top navigation bar. Click on this guide on how to do it in Classic Layout.
