Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I see that your usage is already within the limit but the account is still in over-limit status. So, I refreshed your account and see that it is inactive. Your forms are also active. Here's a screenshot showing one of your forms showing active:
