Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. To clarify, are you referring to this form? I tested the form on my end but could not replicate the issue. However, when I checked your PDF it seems that it now has an extra Image element on the PDF Editor. Please consider deleting this extra element. Let me show you how:
1. On your Form Builder, click on the dropdown on the top left corner and select PDF Editor.
2. Click on the extra image and select the red trash icon.
If the issue still persist, please consider creating a new PDF Document by clicking the +New PDF and selecting New Document.
You can then click on the Print button on the New Document 2.

Regarding exporting the PDF to a Drive, I tested this on my end but could not replicate the issue.
If the issue still persist, can you share a short clip showing how the file is exported and the result?

O erro persiste em quase todos os pdfs exportados ao meu drive, todas as fotos saem cortadas e desconfigurado, é necessário baixar novamente o pdf, e mesmo tentando baixar novamente dentro da caixa de envio ocorrem muitos erros de no pdf até que gere um pdf correto. Não sei o que está acontecendo mas está atrapalhando muito

Thanks for getting back to us. I tried downloading one of your PDF submission and it works as expected.
I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. Can you please try switching to a different browser or a different device? Also, please make sure that your internet connection is strong. If the issue happens again, can you send us a short clip of the issue so we can share it with our developers? You can use loom to record the issue.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

O mesmo ocorre na integração ao exportar o pdf para a pasta do drive

Thanks for the screencast. That made the issue much clearer. When I cloned your Questionário MS Colors form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you submit some more test submissions on your form and open the Inbox to download 'Print Version' to see how it goes?
